When you’re diagnosed with a disease, it can be the loneliest experience in the world.  Realizing, however, that you are not alone is key to getting back to participating in the life you have…no matter how long that life lasts. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and more importantly for some Secondary Breast Cancer Awareness Day, 39-year-old Emma Young made the brave decision to share her video diary with the world.  If you have breast cancer or know someone who does, this diary may be the thing you or they need to indeed see there are others who feel the same way and can help you keep going.

See her story and the link to her diary here.
